Google2026-09-08“Harvey was willing to come round at very short notice for an emergency bathroom leak which was coming through the ceiling. All the plumbing is behind paneling and we thought it was the toilet. He was quickly able to correctly identify the root of the problem to the bathtub plumbing without having to pull all the paneling out and also took the time to give very sound and clear advice on a complex boiler matter while he was with us. He clearly has skill and is very knowledgeable and though we didn't need any practical work done, I was very impressed with his detective work and clarity.”

Prompt, Tidy, Honest and Thorough and Very reasonably priced Attended my (new) boiler emergency within half an hour, Sourced and immediately WENT TO FETCH the required replacement part (late Friday afternoon) and fitted it deftly and swiftly and fully explained the fault. Thoroughly tested and safety- checked the boiler and even went outside to check the flue! Identified a couple of safety problems that that needed remediation ( one was the illegal absence of a flue inspection hatch to the dead space between ceiling and roof. - he ha later messaged me, kindly offering to source a suitable size one and return next week (if I'm agreeable to the quote) to fit it. Clean and tidy and wouldn't even stop for a cuppa. This company GOES THE EXTRA MILE, is local, and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending.”

From the initial conversation to Harvey arriving, explaining exactly what was needed, picking up the parts, fitting and completion of the job was just over 2 hours. The other small job which we thought would require a full part replacement was quickly assessed as something much more simple.We were very impressed with the service that we received, Harvey is extremely knowledgeable.
